We started out late, we made breakfast aboard for many of the new friends we made at Midway Marina. Cruised through Rankin, Mongomery, and Whitten locks, through Bay Springs Lake and into Pickwick. Pulled in to Lucy's Cove anchorage for a peaceful night on the hook.
Day two took us to Mermaid Marina in Decaturville, TN. Mermaid has new owners, and we were their first transient visitors! The pizza is still great, maybe a different sauce than Barry used, but still a great stop, with great service!

Next was a stop at Rockport Anchorage. Our friend John was supposed to come out and meet us on his boat, however he forgot he had blocked his runabout in with multiple loads of gravel. So we had him drive out to Birdsong Marina, and I picked him up and brought him out. Great dinner and catch-up time in a very peaceful setting!

Next, we stopped in to Paris Landing to visit Bubba and Jean, and Jamie Barron who helped me deliver a boat last year. Too busy catching up to take many pictures. The next day we were off to originally anchor near Barkley Lock, however storms were forecast (and they showed up) so we went into Green Turtle Bay for the night.
