 Monday, March 2:

I got up and started working.  Wes had a quiet day.  He was a bit sore from all the twisting around in the engine room.  I ran some errands and took care of doctor stuff.  It rained some on Wes, and he visited with Merl for happy hour, but not much else to report.

Tuesday, March 3:

I got up and started working.  I also found out I needed to fly to Atlanta, GA on 3/12 for work, so we won't be leaving Bimini Basin until 3/13 or 3/14.  I got myself packed up for Team Building for work that starts Wednesday and ends Thursday.  Ella J arrived at Bimini Basin.  Wes took them to The Dive for Taco Tuesday.  They had a good time!

 

Wednesday, March 4:

I was up before 0500, got ready, put in my last minute items and headed to Team Building.  We had a full day of presentations and then the afternoon we enjoyed some fun competing in some games.  Then we had a reception for our carrier sponsors.  It was a lot of standing and visiting.  It was good to connect with people I haven't seen in quite some time.  After the reception, a good bunch of us went down to The Fox bar and enjoyed some drinks and karaoke.  I got caught on the fun wheel and stayed up to late, but it was a good time.  Wes worked on some boat projects.  He went to Merl's for happy hour, then enjoyed visiting with Ella J.

 

Thursday, March 5:

I was up and packed up as it was the last day of Team Building.  We had meetings in the morning which included a key note speaker.  I also received a spotlight aware (which was not expected).  After lunch, we enjoyed a couple breakout sessions, then after the raffle prize winners were announced, we closed Team Building for another year.  I was beat!  It's a long two days, but it is also a great time catching up with my coworkers!!  Wes had Ella J over for breakfast, did some boat projects and enjoyed visiting with them.

 

Friday, March 6:

I got up and started working as I had a lot of emails to catch up on after being busy the last two days.  We visited with Ella J some, did some boat projects and went in and visited with Merle and Tima some, but not too much to say today. 

Saturday, March 7:

I got up a started helping my parents get the house ready as we are having most of the family over for dinner.  Wes went to a small boat show with Ella J and Copesetic.  They saw a Navy Seal show which Wes said was the best part of the boat show (other than the company).  I spent the afternoon playing cards with the family.  It was great to see everyone!!  

 Sunday, March 8:

I wasn't moving very fast in the morning being that I stayed up more than usual and also with the time change, but I got up and helped get Johnny (my son) packed up to head back home.  My sister came down to help me get my parents new internet setup, which took longer than anticipated, then the 4 of us played cards.  Then we relaxed a bit watching TV, then off to bed for me.  Wes had a frustrating day trying to track down / connect with a guy that was fixing a part for one of the scooters.  The guy kept pushing back the time to meet, so he spent a good part of the day at The Dive, then food at the Monkey Bar, then back to The Dive to wait more.  They couldn't connect, so it was all just a waste of time.  When he got back to the dinghy, there was a lure caught on one of our line and they had untied one of the lines, so it was a challenge for him to get in the dinghy.  He finally made it back to the boat, but he was NOT happy.
